I have suffered from an ulcerated colon for 35 years. I have been to many specialists, and
nothing helped me. Eight years ago, I went to the Mayo Clinic, but they knew nothing to
give me other than medicines I had already tried. In early October 2004, my niece
gave me a bottle of rich Nature® Seabuckthorn Seed Oil and within seven days the pain
and the symptoms from my ulcer completely went away. I will never cease taking it. It
has allowed me to eat fruits and vegetables and digest them, which I could not do

I was introduced to Seabuckthorn oil by a
coworker of mine, Martin Norris, who used to work with Rich
Nature. He told me that it had strong epithelial healing qualities.
I read about it on Rich Nature’s website, as well as
other websites, and learned that, in China, horses ate the
Seabuckthorn plant and developed very healthy coats.
I have a dog that has always had skin
problems. He is a
golden retriever, a breed of dog that has chronic skin
disorders. His
skin often breaks out in rashes and is flaky.
He is constantly scratching and causing the rashes to
bleed and worsen. He
also gets “hot spots”, where the skin breaks open in a
large area and doesn’t seem to heal.
I have been advised by veterinarians to
increase his intake of fatty acids to help his skin.
However, the Seabuckthorn oil has so much more than
essential fatty acids. It
is also high in vitamins A, C, and E, which also help the skin
and body in healing. I
decided to try the Seabuckthorn oils on him by putting it on
his food everyday. After
about a week or so, his rashes went away, he stopped
scratching, and his hot spots healed.
My dog also has chronic ear infections.
While taking his daily dose of Seabuckthorn oil, his
ear infections do not occur.
When I run out of the product and he goes off of the
Seabuckthorn regimen, his ear infections slowly come back,
along with the rashes, flaky skin, and hot spots.
The Seabuckthorn oil has prevented costly
visits to the vet. I
used to bring him to the vet often for medication and
injections to control his painfully itchy skin inflammations.
He also used to constantly needed antibiotics for his
ear infections. I have used both the berry and seed oils and find them both
to work miracles on his skin.
His increased health has also made him a happier dog
that isn’t suffering from painful skin and ear lesions. I
will definitely continue to use the products and keep him
