The Golden berry, also known as Incan berry, and Cape Gooseberry, is mostly cultivated in areas like Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Africa (in warm conditions, filled with sun and an adequate amount of rain). The Incan berry is made up of many nutrients like vitamin P, pectin, phosphorous, protein and vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6 and B12.
The Incan berries have great taste. They can be consumed alone as a healthy snack, mixed with nuts or as an ingredient in salads, desserts, smoothies, granola, cereal meal, yogurt, ice creams, etc.
